What does a Spiritual Gift mean? Why are they so important? Are they mentioned in the Bible? Spiritual Gifts are gifts of grace granted by the Holy Spirit which are designed fr the teaching or improvement of the church.  There are 10 Spiritual Gifts. The first, Teaching- Words of wisdom and knowledge. For example, a pastor or a teacher. second, Faith-extraordinary faith and vision for the future. third, Healing and Miracles- Healing cancer, blindness, deafness, Miracles- Also unexpected events. fourth- Helping- assisting others. fifth, Administrating- Guidance with how one should direct their life.  sixth, Exhortation Pastoral counsel.  seven, Giving Assist. and one's wealth to help others. eight, Mercy- Minister to those that are hurting. nine, Evangelism- Proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to unbelievers. ten, Apostles- Apostleship to those that are called to preach.  "Five Nuggets about Spiritual Gifts" 1.
