Megan J. "Paul" September 14, 2023 1. Paul's 1st Missionary Journey Acts Chapter 13 verse 14 Paul in Antioch "They reached Antioch on the Sabbath and went into the temple and sat down. Came to Perga, but John left them and went back to Jersualem 14-They con't their journey from Perga, and reached Antioch. 16- Paul stood up and said "You who fear God listen." I have become your father. 34- I will give you the holy and sure promises of David. You will not let your Holy ones decay. Many of the Jews followed Paul & Barnabas & urged them to con't in the grace of God. 48- When they heard this they rejoiced and honored the word of the Lord & all who had been appointed to eternal life believed. 2. Growth & Perscution in Iconium In Iconium they entered the Jewish temple as usal, and spoke in such a way that both Jews & Gentiles believed. 2-The unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers.
