Prayer Mountain Devotional Book Review

This devotional is a really good one.  There are five sections over 40 days. Day 1-10 Climbing with Moses, Day 11-20 "Climbing with Elijah"  Day 21-30 "Climbing with Jesus" Day 31-40 "Climbing with Peter and John"  The two sections I liked best are Day 21 "Climbing with Jesus: "Hearing Your Father's Voice" and Day 25 "Come Holy Spirit Feed Me" Mr. Spykstra says on page 117-118,  In The section "Climbing with Jesus: "Hearing Your Father's Voice"  Jesus made prayer a priority in his life. For example, when He was baptized in The Jordan River, He prayed to his Father who answered Him by ripping open the heavens and sending The Holy Spirit on him.  Throughout the gospels Jesus made prayer important in his life.  For example, after an busy day of ministry  and healing in the town of Capernaum, Jesus he needed to spend time with His Father and found a quiet place to pray.
